Pete #10 - 14.09.21
Watercolour paint on 300gsm watercolour paper. 297mm x 420mm.
The 14th of September, 2021. Pete was deep in his chemotherapy sessions, and I was eight months pregnant. We were sitting on the couch, talking and crying together. I took this photo of Pete, and I could see a deep sadness in his eyes. We had just finished changing his stoma bag. The process of changing it every couple of days was always traumatic for him
100% of the profits of this painting will be donated to Tour De Cure - an organisation in Australia dedicated to cancer research.
