Pete #16 - 22.07.22

$300.00

Watercolour paint on 300gsm watercolour paper. 297mm x 420mm.

July 22nd, 2022, Pete was in the hospital again. He sent me this photo of himself, so relieved to have the tube taken out of his nose. Even though he was confined to a hospital bed, his creative mind never stopped. He started capturing photos of visitors' shoes from behind the curtain—finding inspiration in the smallest details. I miss the way his mind worked, always inventive, always seeing the world differently.

100% of the profits of this painting will be donated to Tour De Cure - an organisation in Australia dedicated to cancer research.
