11th of July, 2021, I took this photo of Pete in his hospital bed after his second big operation. He was struggling to come to terms with everything. I remember visiting him that morning, right after I’d had an ultrasound to see our baby. I was so excited to show Pete the image, but it was heart-breaking when he didn’t show much emotion when I did.
100% of the profits of this painting will be donated to Tour De Cure - an organisation in Australia dedicated to cancer research.
